This JDVAC 1-Day Training will be held in Chicago, IL on Sunday, February 9. Please find the Rules of Behavior, In Kind Letter and Agenda in the links below. We anticipate offering ASHA and AAA Continuing Education Units for the 1-Day Training (up to 6 credits).

Complimentary accommodations provided by ReSound for the evening of Saturday, February 8. ReSound will cover the cost of airfare, transportation to and from travel hub on arrival and departure days, hotel and meal costs associated with training days only. Hotel reservations will be made by ReSound on your behalf.


Things To Do in Chicago

  • Millennium Park - a lively gathering spot located in the heart of the city with a famous collection of architecture, landscape design and seasonal events.
  • Navy Pier - take in skyline while you ride the magnificent Centennial Wheel. Be sure to grab a Chicago Style hot dog as you stroll this iconic city landmark.
  • Deep Dish Pizza - there are few foods as dramatic—and iconic—as the deep-dish pizza. And there is no shortage of spots that fit the bill.
  • Chicago River Boat Ride - See all of Chicago's architectural masterpieces on this relaxing and informative tour.
  • Wrigley Field - Built in 1914, this is the second-oldest ballpark in the majors. Intimately surrounded by the neighborhood, this is an historic field to see.
  • Sky Deck and The Ledge at Willis Tower - Visit the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere and dare to step onto The Ledge – a glass balcony extending 4.3 feet outside the building.
  • The Magnificent Mile - home to upscale shops, restaurants and landmark hot spots.
  • Historic Neighborhoods and Pubs - take a tour or experience on your own, this town has plenty: Irving Park, Lincoln Park, and Bridgeport to name a few.
